As a representative of the 108th district, I understand my role is not to decide what is best for our residents, but to be a voice for the needs of our community. From farmers to physicians, the 108th district in Pennsylvania is home to 60, 000 individuals who put their blood, sweat, and tears into their families, homes, businesses and our community. I want to know what we can do from Harrisburg that will make your life easier and more enjoyable.

I believe access to healthcare is a fundamental right, not a privilege reserved for the wealthy or well-connected. Taxpayers have helped fund some of the most advanced and life-changing medical research in human history, and the public deserves meaningful access to the innovations and treatments that result from those investments.
In Harrisburg I will support legislation that increases oversight, transparency, and consumer protections over predatory health insurance practices. Capping out of pocket costs, restructuring the prior authorization and appeals process to focus on favorable member outcomes rather than corporate dollars saved, and increasing funding for consumer protection are all legislative paths to accomplish this goal.
Additionally, I have signed a pledge to support Healthcare for All as a national goal. Since advancing such legislation is out of my scope as a State Representative, I am focused on the concrete actions Pennsylvania can take right now to lower costs, reduce denials, and hold insurance companies accountable.

Funding public education is investing in our future. From traditional classrooms and district-led votech or homebound education to higher learning, it is imperative that we invest fully in supporting our educators, students, and public education infrastructure.

Pennsylvania's infrastructure begins with our environment, our rich agricultural heritage, and the generations of farming excellence that sustain our communities. We must protect these assets by rejecting hyperscale data center development in our valley and invest in smarter, more sustainable approaches to expanding clean energy.
Pennsylvania also needs policies that address the growing impact of out-of-state investors purchasing multiple residential properties in rural communities. At the same time, we must pursue meaningful property tax reform and implement measures that reduce housing costs for both homeowners and renters, helping families build stability and remain in the communities they call home.
It's about time we stop letting special interests influence our elections, healthcare access, and legislative outcomes.
